Who is Basilily for?
Anyone who wants a short, effective routine for skin that is changing: fine lines, loss of firmness, dark spots, puffy eyes. We focus on Korean skincare and well-loved ingredients like PDRN, peptides, retinal, vitamin C and tranexamic acid, plus facial tools like gua sha and LED.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product ships directly from the brand or its authorized US retailer partner. We never sell repackaged or unbranded copies.
Where do I start?
If you are new, try one of our bundles: the PDRN Glow Ritual (serum + gua sha) is the easiest place to begin. Or shop by concern: Eye Care, Dark Spots, Body Firming.
How do bundle discounts work?
Add the bundle items to your cart and enter the code at checkout: GLOWRITUAL, MASKNIGHT or CLEARKIT for 10% off those items.
Can I use retinol, vitamin C and acids together?
Use vitamin C in the morning and retinol, retinal or acids at night. Start new actives two or three times a week, and always wear SPF during the day. Patch test any new product on your inner arm for 24 hours first. If you are pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care for your skin, check with your doctor before using retinoids or acids.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 2-3 business days and delivered 1-3 business days after shipping, typically 3-6 business days in total. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6.99 per order, shown at checkout.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Products ship from different partner brands, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it. See our refund policy for what can be returned.
