Refund policy

Returns on unopened items only

Because skincare is applied to your skin, we accept returns only on items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing Hello@basilily.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email Hello@basilily.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
